Scalior Properties was born out of passion, a passion to excel. The partners of this great organization have backgrounds in entrepreneurship and engineering, and in these fields they all excel. When we thought about providing housing, we didn’t want to provide mediocre housing just for the purposes of receiving checks. A company that each of us wanted to be a part of needed to provide the best houses that will make warm and loving homes to our number one clients, the tenants who choose to stay with us.
Scalior Properties has so far been meeting that vision. The Lee Dr homes have demonstrated that our vision can be reality, that we can transform rundown houses into beautiful homes for members of our community. This passion is what drives everything we do, be it from doing a full rehab to handling a pest issue. Everything we do, we do with a passion.
Our passion in entrepreneurship means that we run our company as a business that is here to survive, succeed, thrive, and last through generations. For us to last, our integrity has to push us to build strong valuable partnerships with our vendors. We can’t thrive as a company if our vendors and the community doesn’t trust us.
Today’s world is driven by Information Technology. Our passion in engineering motivates us to run this company using tools, techniques, systems, and processes that leverage Information Technology and other engineering tricks to ensure that we provide the most value to our tenants, vendors and the community at large.
